


Just got back from a late night of babysitting. Havent done that in a while. Since tomorrow is Ray's first day at work, im going to start working out. We have Wii Fit, so im gonna work out on that. My goal for this month is to lose 10 lbs. I will keep everyone updated. Ive already changed my eating habits, and im drinking green tea too. No more sodas, no more sugar. VEGGIES, flax seed, whole grain, protein, and fruit. By my wedding i want to have lost 50-75 lbs.
Time to be healthy!
